ABOUT STEPHANIE

I have been practicing as a registered dietitian since graduating from Texas A&M University in 2019 (WHOOP!) I have always had a deep interest in nutrition and originally I thought I would end up in research. After receiving my master’s degree in Human Nutrition, I stepped out from the background and began to love working with real people who wanted nutrition support.

My approach to nutrition is pretty simple: everybody in every body is worthy and deserving of food. I myself, like many people, struggled with my own relationship with food for a time. I know first hand that recovery is within reach. Over the past three years, I have seen clients do amazing things as they work to unlearn food rules and gain confidence with their food, movement, and body image.

Outside of the nutrition world, I’m a home-body who can’t sit still. My favorite coffee is a lavender latte and I would move mountains for a bakery lemon bar. I love browsing at local or public libraries, taking photos and creating scrapbooks, and walking outdoors in pretty much any setting. My dream is to start a food-and-flower garden in my backyard! And I believe in my heart that the chocolate-peanut butter combination made the world a better place.

My pronouns are she/her.
